Bio
Elisabeth Ciaccio is a New York City based artist born in 1991 and raised in the American South who specializes in medium format film that utilizes traditional and alternative darkroom practices. She primarily photographs her subjects nude with their faces obscured by various means as a way to disconnect the viewer from the subject in an effort to break the stereotypical male gaze.
